About me
I have been practicing criminal indigent defense for 20 years. I am a proud native New Mexican living in Albuquerque since 1990. I dedicated my legal career to criminal defense representing indigent clients, mostly serving as a Public Defender in Bernalillo County. I have represented clients in both Children’s Court and Criminal Court. During my career as a public defender, I have worked as a juvenile defender, felony criminal trial attorney, Managing Attorney, and District Defender for the Second Judicial District in New Mexico. I am now Deputy Chief of Operations for LOPD New Mexico.
