About me
Richard is the Deputy Chief Public Defender for the Yuma County Public Defenders. He serves on the Board of Directors of the Arizona Bar Foundation and is a Fellow of the Arizona Bar Foundation. He has served for multiple terms on the Criminal Procedure and Practice Committee for the State Bar of Arizona as well as the Supreme Court Advisory Committee Evidence Retention.
RIchard . He serves on the NACDL Mental Health Committee, and the AACJ Amicus and Procedure Committee.
Although his surfing days are over, he still sails regularly and plays guitar poorly.
