About me
Eri O’Diah is the founder and CEO of SIID Technologies, a mission-driven legal tech startup dedicated to addressing inefficiencies in the legal system that disrupt access to justice. With a background in sales operations, revenue operations, and digital product management, Eri brings a strategic and data-driven approach to tackling systemic inequities in legal processes.
Motivated by the racial justice movement following George Floyd’s murder, Eri pivoted from digital strategy and AI-driven marketing solutions to focus on leveraging machine learning and natural language processing to empower public defenders and marginalized communities. Under their leadership, SIID Technologies is pioneering innovative tools that enhance legal workflows, reduce bias, and improve case outcomes for underserved populations.
Eri is an advocate for inclusive technology and ethical AI, who is actively seeking collaborative opportunities to deepen her impact on policy and legal innovation. She has participated in leading accelerator programs, including MIT Solve Incubator, Gener8tor gALPHA Social Impact Accelerator, and the Davis Wright Tremaine, Project W Tech Equity Hub program, and actively engages policymakers, and legal practitioners to drive systemic change.
